		<description>You don&#039;t have to settle for just one audio format. Since the Clip+ supports many, you can just use:

output_formats=audio/ogg,audio/x-ms-wma,audio/mpeg,audio/wav,audio/flac,audio/mp3

Then Banshee probably won&#039;t have to convert any of your files before putting them on the Clip+.</description>

		<description>Harley, those are good suggestions but unfortunately we don&#039;t use POP/IMAP in our Notes Infrastructure.   I can use DWA however I have a large number of Notes databases that have to work in that are not web enabled.

The memory usage of Notes is really bad right now, but 8.5 is supposedly a lot better.  I plan on trying it sometime in the next month.
